To help save time during ride registration, and leave the ride managers with a set of legible, complete forms, please try to fill out an entry form ahead of time and bring it with you to the ride.

We suggest that you fill out a form with the information that is constant from ride to ride. You could either do this online with Word, or print a form, write on it, and make copies. The constant information might be just your name and NACMO number, or it might include your team name and/or the name of your horse and its nacmo number.

While packing to come to a ride, print the partially filled out form (or take one of your copies), fill in as much of the rest of the information as you know, and bring it with you to the ride.
